NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.....DO NOT use my linen or towels for clean ups....Evidence of any Violations you will be evicted and will result in an additional $1250 cleaning FEE at your expense... Please respect my unit. Don't leave your trash behind. Collect all of your trash and deposit it in the dumpster. Bags and Bags of take out food left behind will not be tolerated. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $60 if this happens. *Pets: We welcome one small (>12lbs), well-behaved dog. • No pet fee required • Pets must be house-trained • Pets may not be left unattended unless crated while in the room • Please keep pets off beds and furniture pet must remain on leash at all times while anywhere on the Windsor property. Tasha (HOST) is not responsible for any negligence on owners behalf. Excessive pet hair, odors, damage, or additional cleaning required will be documented and billed through Airbnb.
